Let us access/utilize hud special icons like Wrastor's wind cooldown icon, and let us make our own#44

For my character I want a “special meter” kind of thing, and it would help a lot to be able to have a little display above the percentages that I could update with it.

Ability to edit the overhead gimmick HUDs and playerslot gimmick HUDs was added about 2 months ago.
