GUI skinning capabilities ("Screenpacks") in the future?#4

Rivals 1 Workshop didn’t see a lot of GUI overhauls because there wasn’t really any room for it. Hiding HUD elements was, to my knowledge, just about obscuring them with something else. There was no CSS or SSS modification to speak of, on top of that. I think it would not only be a great route to express your creativity, but it would also help organized workshop rosters feel a tad more legitimate, which would give workshop play some more longevity. The ideal of something like this would be how MUGEN is able to be turned into Hyper DBZ, which would just be a character and stage pack if the screenpack didn’t tie together the experience so well.

As a couple-year MUGEN fan, this would be amazing. I would absolutely love to see UI overhauls for modded content.
